Hi, I’m Julia -

I photograph anything that stirs a unique intrigue for me. My work focuses on what often goes unnoticed—light, shadows, people, and the small, quiet moments of everyday life. I love observing and crafting each image to carry a meaning that runs deeper than it first appears.

Shooting on film has taught me the importance of choosing the exact moment I want to capture, since I have only a limited number of frames and no way to recreate what’s in my mind. Usually, I have an image in my head before I shoot, or at least certain details about what I want it to become, but even then, the results often surprise me..

Lately, I’ve been reflecting and realized that having a digital camera would be an important step toward creating more professional work. While I’ll focus more on digital photography, my love for film will always remain, and I’ll dedicate a special space for my digital photos.

Though I’ve been photographing on film for several years now, I’ve been too shy to share my photos with the world… until now. So, here it is.
